Dear Beautiful,

This is the year of healing. 

We all hurt and have trauma,

but it’s what we do to move on and heal that matters most. 

You are not your hurt.

You are not broken. 

You have all the say in what your life looks like 

and how it feels. 

This year is for healing, 

self care, 

joy, 

and self discovery. 

Healing is hard. 

Healing is beautiful.
